I started out with Gecho. Another tosser of Dutch origin. But them I got
pissed off because Gerard all of sudden dropped support and I needed the
post/pre unpack hook. Fmail supports this in both directions, Gecho only in
one. Forget which.

But now that sending unpacked mail comes into vogue, I have problems with
Fmail too as it will not call my preprocessor Marena when it receives mail
in staight *.PKT format.
