Constant resending a file and never completing it.  The file would resend, 
resend, resend (retry), until it timed out.  Had to have the user delete the 
msg packet so we could transfer mail again.  Just think ZMODEM needs optimized
to run under Win32 a bit.  Always worked GREAT under OS/2 tho.
