I recall some old bios used something like Ctrl-Ins or Alt-Ins. From
your message you have tried those. However you don't seem to have
tried other Alt-  key combinations using the other keypad like Plus,
Minus, *, etc. I know Plus and Minus were used in Toshiba laptops.

One not so obvious way to get into setup is to write a bad byte into
the cmos and then let the system detect the checksum error when it is
rebooted. Typically it then goes to the setup menu but not always.
Just remembered, I have a 5-1/4" setup disk for old 286's, somewhere.
Ah, found! It is labelled AT SETUP -PHOENIX-.
