SM 1.06 or FF2.0.

Start LMB vertical tab scroll.

Move pointer out of window while scrolling. Must be windowed - not
maximized.

RMB click while still holding down the LMB. Now release both L/R MBs.

Move mouse pointer back into app window.

You can now scroll by waving the pointer up/down anywhere in app
window without using mouse buttons.

Feature or bug? Happens in both Windows or eCS.
