I don't have holiday lights displayed, but isn't holiday lights a form
of religious expression?  If a person wants to pay for electricity for
their "holiday" lights to communicate something that they feel is
important, I think that shouldn't be a problem.  I believe this ban is
a violation of peoples' first amendment   
rights.
