Bj”rn, you gave me an idea :-) You can remember in last ZCC decision
I did open my vote and considerations. Now, instead of open only my
vote, I'll wide open the ZCC, you and anybody else who have curiosity
can download all msgs from this mysterious echo since sep/2003 from
http://www.rbt.com.br/zcc2004.zip (258 msgs in JAM and QWK formats),
freq/dnload it from my BBS, read them and get your own conclusions.

Please add this message to the next fidonews edition, with this file
inside (166kb) if possible.

Now we have a new IC elected by 5x1 votes and a funny reaction from
Ward (who I did defend in some points as you can verify in the msgs)
to attempt decree void this decision and the ZCC, or maybe just an
excuse to don't recognize it.

What does all this situation mean? Maybe nothing: echomail, netmail
and filecho are flowing normally, with, without and in spite of the
*Cs and theirs endless discussions.
