    In most cases, no. Drivers uses 16-bit segmentation model and has
16-bit structure, so you should use 16-bit compiler (Watcom C/C++ 10.6 is a
recommendation), but there is a wrapper to 16-bit driver functions that
give you an ability to create 32-bit DD.
