WRONG.  As I've said a couple of times before, the problem is still
there 100% of calls.  I can see my MR light flashing during the
Binkley negotiation.  That timing delay is a workaround for when
you actually get to sending a file.  It will be interesting to see
if you can get this simple fact through your skull.  BFN.  Paul.
