PE> How do I debug PM programs under Watcom? The following doesn't work:
PE> wcl386 -d2 -l=os2v2_pm fred.c
PE>
PE> rc fred.rc
PE> The resultant executable appears to have no symbolic debug info,

The problem is with MS's rc.exe (which comes with watcom). It looses the
watcom debug info.
You have to save the debug info in a separate file. WD will find it if it
has the extension *.SYM). I think WLINK will spit this file out, but I
use the wstrip utility:
photo32.exe : $(OBJECTS) jpeg32.lib tiff32.lib image.lnk pi32.res
wlink N photo32&
$(WC_WINDOWS_LINK_OPTIONS)&
OPT ELIM&
{at}image.lnk {at}lib32.lnk
{at}wstrip photo32.exe . photo32.sym
{at}rc pi32.res photo32.exe >rcw.log
PE> Secondly, does Watcom have a PM-based debugger? Although I normally

Yes, starting with V10. Tt is WDW instead of WD
