The talking heads have now broached what I've said for a few months now.
Name Clinton as an undicted coconspirator. Gee, what a novel idea. They
are figuring Starr may indict "Poor Monica" and have the whole matter
aired in a court of law rather than in the court of public opinion. The
smart money is figuring "Poor Monica" will call Billy Jeff as a witness
giving Starr and his minions a shot at El Presidente on the witness
stand.

They say timing is everything. Strategically and tactically, it would be
more beneficial to indict/impeach BOTH Billy Jeff and the Owl Gore at
the same time. That would put Newt up at bat. A thought that I'm sure,
has LIbEralS foaming at the mouth and losing sleep over.
