Yes, I am the author. It is PD, as is any code I post (by definition;I
don't label it as such because it comes off as too philanthropic)

FH, FG and BG are all basically the same code -- I didn't update the usage
screen. The real fh.exe has the (incorrect) printf("USAGE..."
you see above.
