  Seriously, TTY is always supported.  TTY is short for teletype, and
that is basically what a modem functions as.  It is plain text only, with no
control codes or color.  So just dial into any system, and you've made a TTY
connection.  The TTY option in the Options -> Terminal menu just forces
Telemate to ignore all other terminal types, like ANSI and VT-102.  :)
