i talked to my ISP's "tech support" the other day and asked them when they 
were going to be implementing V90... the "tech" started laughing and said 
that they were all still at 28k8... i told him that was rather funny as i had 
been getting v.34 33k6 connects with them every since i've been with them 
(almost two years)... i just told him thankyou and that i would contact the 
web team via the internet and ask them...
gotta really wonder about things at times, eh?
