Unless you were unlucky enough to get your 288 early, then you have to send
your modem(s) in to Supra/Diamond for the upgrade ($40US each) and your out a
modem till they return it. I will no longer buy Supra modems when they first
come out, instead I will wait so I dont have to go through this problem 
ain.
