I remember those days - (well, early to mid 60's) Mild? HA! ;-)

Not everyone...

Does the job I need it to do... and, does it well.

As I said - gotta get 'em here, now.
DID just get the Final, Modulator and extras moved over here, today...
the final is in a 6' tall 19" rack. Pulled the tubes, and transported it on
a trailer that way. Forgot that the power supply wasn't secured down, but it
wasn't going much of anywhere - the back door to the cabinet was closed, and
the cabinet was laying on its side, so it couldn't fall out... but, it's
upright now, and sitting in the garage (where the shack is).
Talked to another guy on CW last night on 40m... AD4QW/Shelby. He collects
bugs, over in Dickson, TN. Told me he had 12 old Sounder Boards, from the RR
days - and, either 35 Vibrolexes he'd collected, or 35 bugs - QRN was high
last night, too.
Gotta see if I can find a site on the 'Net that has old Bugs.
found out my Vibroplex's serial number relates to it's age of being 'born' in
1959. Nice Chrome base, and serial number, etc...
Sure was a good CW contact! Plus, he was happy to find out I was using
Hollow State radios, too...
   73 = Best Regards
