Al,

Just what is in your OpenOffice.org2 directory?

I have uninstalled / reinstalled OO204b2 about three times. I made
sure my SET HOME=F:\home\default is the only SET HOME dir in
config.sys and have even added the OO directory to it. Nothing is ever
added to it and the program flat will not start. Pretty obviously,
It's not finding a file it needs.

Does the install/operation depend on anything else like ODIN ot
Acrobat5? I am coming to the conclusion this is NOT a standalone
'base' installation and depends on some prior install.
