Presumably you saw my previous message to Paul, and here are the results of
those tests I mentioned.  Note that the first one is with V.FC-only EPROM,
the next one is with the purported "SDS-syndrome" chip, the third
is with the SDS "bug-fix", whilst the fourth and final test is
with the new V.34+ EPROM.

Note also that whilst the V.34+ chip connected at 28800/28800/LAPM, it had
a much lower carrier frequency and symbol rate, which indicates that it's
wringing the maximum performance from the lines at the lowest possible
frequency.  Rather interesting too that the M34F supports 32-state trellis
at V.FC modulation, which surprised me a bit.
