This is selected by TMINST.EXE -> Alarm Song. Highlight the song you want,
press [Enter], then [Esc] to abort the silly thing. Then hit [Esc] again,
nd
backtrack out of TMINST. Be sure to "Save" your options to disk when
iting.
Also check that these are above 0 (I use 90 for both):
Telemate -> Options -> Alarm Sound
Telemate -> Options -> Alarm Time
CN> Have a soundblaster pro installed. Where in the heck do I find the
 CN> area to fix this??
If you want, you can have your SB play an external file when the alarm
sounds. This is done by Telemate -> Options -> External Alarm. When
hecked,
this causes Telemate to shell and run TMALARM.BAT whenever the alarm sounds.
This is covered more completely in the docs (hint, hint :), but basically you
put a WAV or VOC or MOD player in TMALARM, and you can have whatever you want
as an alarm sound. Cool, no? :)
... I have enough trouble single-tasking!
