Yep.. go the same problem.. the only area around that doesn't turn into a 
slick mud is across the street.. and it's way to rocky.. tried to ride CJ 
over there at dusk (now there was a thrill).. but while she tried to work as 
high as she was.. she hit a rock and got a little ouchy.. so I quit. 
 
The arena's are just starting to dry out.. but they're still tricky.

Yep.. had the same problem down in OC.. I ended up waiting till 8-9 at night 
to use it.
