There is an update for the FSetup beta. Two things were fixed/changed:

- The screen was borked when you entered 'Export' in the area manager window.

- Renamed FSetupW32.exe to FConfigW32.exe, because otherwise later Windows
versions (7 and up?) think it's a setup program, and put up the User
Account Control window to ask permision to run it (as administrator).

So far the beta has been tested on Windows-XP, Windows-7 32 and 64 bit. So
I still like you to test it on Windows 8 and 10 (32 and 64 bit). Please let
