Summer always goes this way!
Another year has started and it looks like I will not have a Troop this year. 
No leader to take over.  David was stolen away from me by our DC and 
appointed him as ADC-Troop.  I am happy for David but upset that district can 
just raid the groups and steal away my top leader!  I hope the district 
benefits as much as we did by his knowledge.
