Title: Pickled Herring with Cream Cheese

Yield: 4 servings
8 oz Jar pickled herring with
Onions or in wine sauce
1 pk (8oz) cream cheese,
Softened
5 ts Milk or enough for spreading
Consistency
Drain herring and remove bones. Chop herring plus onions from the jar.
Blend with cream cheese and milk and chill before serving. Or, just
sppon chopped herring on top of brick of cream cheese and serve.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
