So you think we did not have the facts when we ridiculed his belief
that he knew more than we did about the afterlife.  We actually thought
we did have enough facts to support our views that his claims were
baseless.  Even if he was serious, and actually thought he had that
exceptional knowledge of things that no other living human being has,
there was still no reason for us to not express our views on the
subject.  You must think!   Did he post his views to this discussion
group, to inspire discussion or to be ignored?  You don't really make
much progress toward discouraging ridicule when you ridiculed us for
having ridiculed him.

By the way, not all post are designed to express a sane opinion, but
there are some who express an totally  ludicrous and ridiculous point
of view, just to see how many chumps they can snooker.   It is no crime
to ridicule such  fiddle-faddle.
