Well, in a DOS session under OS/2, using SIO.SYS rather than IBM's own
COM.SYS, I get the following:
Current Settings:
COM Port : 2
IRQ Number : 3
Base Addr : 0x2f8
Bit Rate : 115200 bps
DOWNLOAD USING THESE SETTINGS? (Y/N) : Y
Looking for modem...
ERROR (15) Handshake failed
And then it spews out the text about how you might have a 25 MHz model or be
running a DOS session under Windows, etc.
