You wouldn't be referring to Winjammer Pro, by any chance? It runs
about $200, but as with much shareware, the repeated updates are sent
along to you free. I don't know what this Win Jammer Songmaker thing
is you refer to, but Winjammer Pro is a full-on sequencer that makes
creating MIDIs even from scratch almost easy, and the result is as
professional as you want to take the time to make it.
