I've been running a MS-DOS bbs since 1988, and still am. :)

I use Internet REX (IO) and a USR v90 (POTS) to move fido data around. My 
setup works good. I also use Microsoft Client - Full Redirector. A Microsoft 
Network Client for MS-DOS to connect to my Win server.

I call my MS-DOS box my retro time killer.
