My Hitachi drive failures were from about 8-10 years ago so thats highly
unlikely........;-) I think all manufacturers have a product range that is
"bad" every now and then, Unfortunately Hitachi has been one of
the worst for me. They were quiet drives though, the noise from me when
they failed made up for that though.....;-)
