Notice to all Boaters.
        The Ontario Provincial Police now has seadoo type vechicles
        for all Ontario Water ways, capable of speeds in execess
        140 Kph.
        At least 2 vehicles per inland water way will be on 24 hr
        Duty; to keep the water ways safe. No idea how many will
        be on the great lake regions but probably alot more.
