Contact the folks are rarlabs.com - they know of the rar distribution on
the Filegate and I've spoken with a couple of the fellows there. They seem
like fair, good people.

Hm.. we've never had a "standard" archiver on the filegate, but I
can bring it up to the other fdn coordinators in our IFDC echo.
