Is it the straight 3650 or the 3650R?
The former is MFM 42.2M 809c 17s 6h, precomp 128, park 852 (?).
The latter is RLL about 60M with 32s or 36s not sure now.

I don't have the jumper settings but if it wasn't mucked with then
using the controller it was originally formatted with it should work.
IOW one can't use a different controller mfg/model to access it.
MFM/RLL was a bitch for that.
