Rod, glad you've expanded on some of your ideas, i agree with your
¨penultimate point about nos. of governments and upper houses, BUT, ¨our NZ
cousins who in my view had the best system ie unicameral, ¨first past the
post have jsut stuffed it up going proportional ¨bicameral, so just goes to
show the lumpen proles really wouldn't ¨have a clue...regards
