DB}  Yes, at least it does for me here in Portland, Oregon.  It can rain
here and then within the next 10-30 min. stop.  This is a joke but
almost fits.  Anyway, I;m sure that it would be o.k. there in Hawaii
also.  The climate is somewhat the same.  Maybe a little more humid
there but we get a lot of rain here to.  Hope this helps..
