How many totally irrelevant messages are you willing to wade through
before even beginning to find the X% interesting TOPICAL messages?
What's so tough about taking off-topic digressions elsewhere? Some
people seem to have a chip on their shoulder, and in my experience
it hasn't been the moderator(s)...
PS> We used to get that problem a few years ago, when fido was at its

Do WHAT well?  ;->

Well, everybody can TELL them not to... I like the feeling of
"conversations" on Fidonet. The "online" nature of the net makes
it seem more like a party line/chat room or whatever. More talking
than listening. Less thought, more reaction. The first thing
that pops into my head is as relevant as anything else. I dunno...
PS> We are hoping to get this to the net. Mike is working on it...
It would seem that trading quality for quantity used to be a
consideration... But lacking the former, why not open the gates
to the latter?
So, here I sit expounding on Fido instead of discussing music or
dancing about architecture or whatever...
So, anyway, I've probably axed this before, but now that Cap'n Chris
has shown up on radar again, what are three to ten of the best
Italian Prog CD's for somebody primarily familiar with the US PFM
and Banco LP's? _Per Un Amico_, of course, and what by Le Orme?
DM
NP: Captain Beefheart: "Circumstances", "Big Eyed Beans From Venus",
    FZ: "Ship Ahoy", "Well"...
... Will the REAL Dr. Sena please report to Neurosurgery immediately!
