Maybe. A) The vast majority wouldn't through either lazyness/ lack of need or the fact that they're on dialup & by the time the up to date CD dl'ed then it would be out of date. B) Mandrake is commonly distributed via bittorrent etc which spreads the load appreciably as as you d/l parts of the iso you also start sharing it to others. i.e. the more people are d/l'ing the iso the more sources there are for the d/l.
