That can keep you busy, for sure... and I'm sure that you are also
enjoying having her with you, she sounds like one neat lady... :)

And nice that she is obviously appreciative of your cooking... I'm sure
that living with you and having good meals cooked for her and good
company to eat them with has done a lot for keeping her in good
health... failure to thrive is such a problem usually for the very
elderly...
