We could always slap a T.V. video card in the old PC.
The signal is already digital and when I looked, a year or so back,
there was one such digital card and the price wasn't much more or
the same as the price of the converter box under discussion.
That price should come down with competition.
Windows 98 supports more than one monitor as well IIRC.
