The tendency for our government to disreqard the well-being of
the less-than-wealthy in the USA has forever put it at the top
of my "I can live without it" list. 

The other side of the coin is that TV has become something that
only a dilitante transexual can enjoy anyhow and my blue-collar
friends don't fit into that category. :-)
