Hello All, For my $.02 or whatever that equals in other countries. As Ward has set this up, any complaint or problem stops with the Z2C. It doesn't matter who the Z2C is. If a complaint goes to the ZCC, then it will be the Z2C that makes the decision with the 89% of the voting power. An appeal to the IC will render the same results. This goes for any problem or complaint from any Zone, Region, Net or Node in all 6 (or however many are left) Zones in Fidonet. If a RC in Z2 receives a PC, rules on it and the filer appeals to the Z2C, the Z2C will rule on it. If the filers appeals to the IC, the Z2C will rule on it. If the filer appeals to the ZCC, the vote will be 89% the Z2C... IOW, the Z2C rules on it. If the Z2C calls for an action by the ZCC, the 89% of the Z2C will vote for that move. Action done. Basically, anything above the Region Coordinator level will be decided or judged by the Z2C. If the RC, NC or Node in any Zone doesn't like it??? Oh well.
