As I understand it, this isn't a one size fits all solution.

They should cut a deal with AOL to piggyback and do a continuous slipstream
on whatever the latest AOL coasters being distributed are.  This would get
more people picking up AOL CD's (good for AOL) and give MS an already in
place distribution mechanism.
