Actually, there are a couple of shows.  I think that is one of the
"flashback" episodes, where they get to talking about how Maggie
hasn't talked yet, then they remember Bart & Lisa's first words.  At
the end, after they put Maggie to bed, she takes out her pacifier &
says "daddy" or "da-da."  The voice was provided by
Elizabeth Taylor.

Then, there is the one that was on here the other day, where the kids
become Foster children to the Flanders.  When they are taking the
Simpsons kids to baptize them, Maggie says "doodly" or some
other Ned-ism, then turns her head all the way around & laughs at
Bart & Lisa in the back seat.
