Jeeze, I hope you didn't read that as an unsubtle hint, or similar!  Russ
and I quite often exchange software, on a "try before you don't
buy" basis.

No problems, my printer's been fucked for months now, and Jack will just
have to make do with WFW 1.1a under Win311 for the time being, seeing as

It's not that it wasn't worth the drive, just that by late Saturday
afternoon, I was competely rooted, having spent most of the last 24 hours
on the road, and I just couldn't face another 2.5 hour trip through the
guts of Sydney (then have to come home again 6 hours later, as we had
guests coming around for lunch on Sunday).  The new hard drive went in OK,
but I still had to reinstall half the shit on it, especially Win95, and all
of its installed apps.  These new mode 4 WD 1.6Gb drives are rather nice
though.  Christ, they fly!

There's no need to bust a gut, as I can't use it until my printer is fixed
(or replaced, whichever is cheaper), and I wouldn't trust Jack to install
it himself, and I won't be back down there until next May or June.

I'm with Telstra at the moment, but will soon be changing to Optus, since
being fucked around with my flexi-plan.  Telstra have lost the plot, and
can't even tell me what I'm paying for an STD call these days, so fuck 'em,
I'll go to Optus where I KNOW they only charge me 10c per minute off-peak.

That said, I might just send you down a box of 3.5" diskettes for you
to copy at your leisure, and save all the screwing around with modems. 
I've had a gutful of Paul's M34F lately, and couldn't handle any more
problems.  :)
