Cmd.exe must be new in xp since my ancient win98 doesn't
have it :)
The only environment stuff is using batch SET commands like
with the TELEGARD= common one. I don't think its possible
to change it in TG since TG like most software uses the
basic command parser so I'm not sure how you could modify it.
Could you simply rename command.exe and copy cmd.exe over it? :)
Dangerous for other reasonsa but one thing to do :)
