conservative churchgoers.

There's no big surprise in this.

Conservative churchgoers are the people who put Bush back in the White
House last November.
They expect Bush to deliver.

They know Bush could issue an Executive Order re Terri Schiavo.

But Bush isn't doing any such thing.
At least not so far.
