Look for "OS/2 Warp Control Program API" by Marc Stock, ISBN
0-471-03887-3. No examples, but it presents the CP API functions in a
very straghtforward way, and puts the programming guide and reference
in the same book (unlike IBM's). He also has books on Presentation
Manager and Workplace Shell programming, but from the tone of your
message, I think the Control Program API (pipes, threads, queues,
shared memory, etc.) is what you're looking for a book on.
