It's a tricky/annoying one (having receive/transmit levels all in the one
command), but that's the way it is.

Replace "023" in your output with "033", and I'd have
to say "Yes, I can reproduce it." If I connected somewhere with
-23dBm receive level, then I could reproduce your output exactly.
