KM> The system detected an internal processing error KM> at location ##0160:fff55890 - 000d:3890 KM> 60001, 5049 KM> 048600b4 KM> Internal revision 8.200, 94/11/09 KM> The system is stopped. Please record... You need to install the kernel debugger. It is a special version of the kernel (which must be matched exactly to the version/service level of OS/2 you are using) which outputs debug into to the serial port. When the above "ring 0" trap occurs (a trap in a device driver; not necessarily one that came with OS/2), the terminal hooked up to the serial port can to a stack trace to see where you are. The devcon CD rom contains many versions of the kernel debugger for OS/2 2.x, 3.x and 4. The kernel debugger is pretty frightening to someone who doesn't have help using it -- try hiring someone in your region who has written an OS/2 device driver before; they will almost certainly know how to use it. --- Maximus/2 3.00* Origin: Sol 3 * Toronto * V.32 * (905)858-8488 (1:259/414) SEEN-BY: 50/99 270/101 620/243 625/160 711/401 409 410 413 430 808 809 934 SEEN-BY: 711/955 712/407 515 624 628 713/317 800/1 @PATH: 259/414 400 99 250/99 3615/50 396/1 270/101 712/515 711/808 934 |
