You need to install the kernel debugger.  It is a special version of the
kernel (which must be matched exactly to the version/service level of OS/2
you are using) which outputs debug into to the serial port.  When the above
"ring 0" trap occurs (a trap in a device driver;  not necessarily
one that came with OS/2),  the terminal hooked up to the serial port can to
a stack trace to see where you are.

The devcon CD rom contains many versions of the kernel debugger for OS/2
2.x, 3.x and 4.

The kernel debugger is pretty frightening to someone who doesn't have help
using it -- try hiring someone in your region who has written an OS/2
device driver before;  they will almost certainly know how to use it.
