Seriously, though, I'm more interested in the compilers than the support. 
I've never called customer support for a compiler - only for pieces of
hardware.  :-)  Besides, I found their tech support to be very good - when
I was considering buying their package.  I opted for Watcom when I found
out that the Metaware's student pricing schedule was way overpriced and,
further, the UNIVERSITY would own the licence, not me!
