I think times have alot to do with it. I would talk back to my mom some-
times, but it was not the way these kids today do. It like when they
do something they are not suppose to they seem to shove it in your face.
Like ha ha look what I just did. My kids don't but I have seem many that
do. I was basically afraid to do anything really wrong. I did some
average, well a little more than average, but I was not the really
ellacious
kid. Where as society teaches to get respect you must earn it. Therefore,
our teaching skills have changed (or discipline skills). I think its easier
to teach out of fear than out of respect. Yet I still agree with teaching
out of respect. The medicine makes it easier for them to learn how to
control the nastiness. I think it gives them an opportunity to think
clearer. Therefore, if they don't try it really is there fault for not
trying. I don't know if that was very clear. I'm having one of my ADD
days. Can't seem to sort anything out properly.
