I could use a little help. I am a new Qmodem Pro for DOS user.
I download my BBS echo messages using the OLX offline reader.
While offline, and when I come across an interesting message I want to
forward to a friend on the same BBS, I use the forward message command
while still in that message. This forwards that message to the \upload
*.rep packet.
Then I dial and connect again to my BBS and upload the reply packet
containing the message I want to forward. When the BBS unpacks and
verifies the message, it shows that two or three duplicates were
created! Has anyone else ran into this? I hate to send so much clutter
to my friends email box and onto the BBS.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance,
David
