    He's talking the Hillarycare myth, and you're ignoring that.
    Cost-shifting happens in _all_ industries.  Just who does Pres. Hillary 
think pays the banks for all the bad debt?  Just who does Pres. Hillary think 
pays the costs of shoplifting at KMarts?
